Raspberry Panna Cotta
Hubby and I are huge fans of Panna Cotta, and since Barefoot Contessa Cook Like a Pro by Ina Garten came out last year I’ve been dying to try the recipe. It’s like raspberry ripple ice cream in softer form - with the raspberry flavour turned up to full. You could definitely stretch the portion size with this recipe, as the cream is rich.
I brought these glasses back from holiday last year, and just love their casual elegance. I used to bring clothes or jewellery home from visiting anywhere, now it is food and serving things! However, if you can enjoy the little everyday things, life is better. 🙂
