Spicy Chorizo Pasta
Mary Berry’s book from last year was called Classic. I made our supper from it last night. I have a chorizo pasta that I’ve been making for years from Rachel Allen, and if it’s the chunky chorizo I have that is what I make. This one here is made with the (salami style) sliced chorizo packets. It’s light and quick.
When I was looking through the book I came across the recipe for these chocolate truffle pots, which I can remember making last year, and had to make them again. They are like a milk chocolate Bailey’s mousse with a digestive / Baileys / chocolate truffle on top. They are fun and good for a little treat on a weeknight. 🙂
